Yes! Each client receives a written plan to follow based on their goals and discussions during session. This may include but not be limited to the following- nutrition recommendations, macronutrient planning, lifestyle hacks, meal recommendations, lab test recommendations, professional resource recommendations and education regarding herbs, drugs and vitamins the client may currently be taking as well as new goal plans. Clients also have the option to buy into themselves further by purchasing a customized strength & conditioning program written by Dr. Matt.

The main thing I wanted to receive coaching on was getting out of debt, and I was half wondering if the session would entail coming up with a strategy to accomplish this goal.
